1. Service Description

Social Turbine provides social media marketing services including the delivery of views, likes, and followers to TikTok accounts. We act as a reseller of third-party delivery services.

2. Account Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any outcomes related to your social media account(s). Social Turbine is not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by TikTok or any other platform as a result of using growth services.

You represent that you are the rightful owner of any account for which you purchase services, or that you have authorization from the account owner.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we strive to deliver all orders in full, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to: viral content, increased organic reach, sponsorship deals, or monetization. Our service delivers the specified quantity of views, likes, or followers only.

4. Refill Policy

All orders include a 30-day refill guarantee from the date of delivery completion. If delivered followers, likes, or views drop within this period, we will refill them at no additional cost. Refill requests must be submitted within the 30-day window. See our Refill Policy for details.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if we are unable to deliver your order within 72 hours of purchase. Once delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued. Partial deliveries are not eligible for full refunds but may qualify for a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order: your TikTok username (or video link) and email address. We never request or store your TikTok password. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Turbine's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
